Simplest recipe I’ve found. I will try it and let you know. The trivet just makes extraction of the mold easier? I thought it was o keep from burning due to contact with bottom of the inner pot and even cooking.

Can I make this without a trivet and steam diverted? I have the egg molds but no trivet & steam diverter.
