Another winner, Olena! I used chicken Italian sausage from Trader Joes. I made it as is, but will add some veggies next time. The dollop of ricotta was perfect. Дякую!

Delicious and so easy to to make even on a busy weeknight. The whole family enjoys it. I have made it with spinach as well as without. I’ve even snuck in extra noodles, adding an “eyeballed” amount of diluted chicken broth. Turned out great. Thank you for showing me a way to make a quick lasagna.

Just made this soup. Wonderful! Easy, like lasagna but healthier and filling. Will try it next time with different veggies/sausage etc. I used some frozen ‘spaghetti sauce’ cut-up veggies (carrots, celery, peppers, onion) – made it super easy! I had to cut the noodles a bit more when it was cooked (I left them a bit too big when I broke them up) but no biggie 😉
