Best white chicken chili ever !!! Only thing I changed was I sautéed the onions for a couple of minutes, then I threw all the spices in for another minute and turned off. I didn’t have any cream cheese so I used an 8oz. Container of Fage sour cream. Also just used some bottled lime juice. Turned out perfectly

This is one of my go-to recipes for gatherings and usually requested by my friends. I do ramp up the spices, cream cheese, and sour cream amounts a bit. A couple of seeded and diced jalapeños cooked in there really adds a nice flavor. One of the first things I ever made in the instant pot, and one of the best.

I made this today for the first time upon my wife’s request. OMG it was so good!! Easy to make and I didn’t spend 1/2 hour prepping and chopping. Probably my favorite chili of all time. Thank you for the recipe!!!

I’ve made this a number of times. So easy!! It is absolutely fantastic! By far the BEST cock-pot recipe I make. There is enough for dinner and left overs the next day. I put a plop of Greek yogurt on mine, and lime. Yum!
