Howdy, Miss Olena!! I wanted to tell you that your Gandma’s chicken and potatoes stew recipe was outstanding. I had never used just bay leaves with rosemary before. The taste was delightful. Also, I wanted to known if you used a sheet of parchment paper under your silicon baking sheet when baking the salmon and veggies with that honey lemon garlic sauce(delicious!)? It was pretty dirty under that silicone baking sheet. But the tilapia I baked with some blanched Brussel sprout halves and thick baby carrots was a hit with my family. Thank you for these lovely ideas and creative dishes.
