Wow! This is delicious and ill be adding it to my home cookbook as my chicken chili go-to. Thanks for sharing!

I added a cup (or two) of chopped mushrooms, and avoided the chili seasoning. Also swapped a can of garbanzo for one of the cans of northern, since it was on hand.

Absolutely delicious…I made the instant pot method…one question, there is oil in ingredient list but it doesn’t say where to add it. I forgot about it since not in instructions but turned out perfect

So delicious!!! I’m not a cilantro fan so I just let people add it as a garnish. I have a very picky daughter (10 yo) and cousin (12 yo) and they loved it!! Definitely a favorite.

Just wanted to say I LOVE this recipe!! Honestly so genius mashing some of the beans for thickness, and so easy to make.
