Next time I may add some chopped walnuts to the first cinnamon sugar layer, but honestly it’s just Delicious as recipe is written!

I live in an RV and have an airfryer and it only took 30 minutes to cook. It was a wonderful breakfast.

If I make this with dry monk fruit sweetener instead of the wet maple syrup do I need to add more wet ingredients to offset the switch. Such as more yogurt? Or do I keep the recipe the same?
